- Artist Statement I like all areas of art, doing everything from portraits, figurative work, collage, monoprints, pastels, plein air painting, and Abstracts! It is great when things cross over from the abstract universe to the real world, a wonderful synthesis. Above all I am colorist and I believe in strong drawing skills at the basis of all my work.
